3. Account Registration

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MYVILLAGE PROJECT AND ITS AFFILIATES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF OUR SERVICES.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MyVillage Project and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Duval County, Florida.
